Geir Magnusson Jr

Geir Magnusson Jr has a diverse work experience in various technology-related roles. Geir Magnusson Jr was the CTO of Sourcepoint Technologies Inc from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of CTO and VP of Engineering at AppNexus in 2014 and 2012 respectively, and worked as a Systems and Architecture Consultant. Geir Magnusson Jr also served as the CTO of Viggle Inc. from 2011 to 2012. Before that, they worked at Gilt Groupe as the VP of Platform and Architecture and Chief Architect. Geir also worked as a Consulting Architect at Gilt Groupe and served as a Director at Apache Software Foundation from 2007 to 2011. Geir Magnusson Jr has been a member of the New York CTO Club since 2005.

From 1986 to 1994, Geir Magnusson Jr pursued their education at The Johns Hopkins University. During this time, they successfully completed a Master of Science (MS) and Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees. Their fields of study included Electrical and Computer Engineering, along with Physics.
