Smadar Noy

Smadar Noy has extensive experience in finance and management roles. Smadar is currently serving as the CFO at WAY2VAT since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of CFO at The Mistral Group from 2014. In 2008, Smadar founded their consulting firm, Noy Smadar. Smadar also worked at Keren Nathan as a finance management service provider from 2014 to 2018. Before that, they served as a director at CLP, Tadbik Pack, Polynom, a subsidiary of the Tadbik group, focusing on extending the shelf life of food products. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as the Group CFO at multiple companies within the Elul Group, specializing in aerospace and defense consulting. From 2007 to 2012, they held the position of Group CFO at Global Group, providing security services and strategic consulting. Smadar also served as the CFO at MED 1 Submarine Cable, Globescom, an investment and holding company in the telecommunications field. Smadar'sexpertise includes finance management, consulting, and international project monitoring.

Smadar Noy has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economy from Tel Aviv University. Additionally, they have also completed an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University.
