Eidan Erlich is a Machine Learning Engineer at Symphonic Labs since September 2024 and serves as the General Manager at MIT-PITT-RW, leading a team of over 40 researchers in autonomous race car technology since January 2023. Eidan has experience as a Perception Software Developer, integrating data from various sensors, and contributed to autonomous robotics research during an internship at Airbus. Previous roles include technical biomedical R&D project lead at Vitreous Retina Macula Specialists of Toronto, where Eidan innovated 3D-printed surgical instruments, and a Machine Learning Intern at Monsters Aliens Robots Zombies focused on generative model pipelines. Eidan has held positions in IT operations, student IT support, and various roles in the community, showcasing a diverse skill set in engineering, research, and team leadership. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Waterloo, expected to graduate in April 2027.
