Maggie Lai has over 20 years of work experience in sales, program management, and customer service. Maggie began their career in 1995 as a Customer Service Manager at SRAM, LLC, where they led a team and worked closely with international branches. In 1999, they joined Mitac International Corp. as a Project Manager and later became a Sales Manager. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Program Manager at MiTAC USA Inc. providing on-site support for Dell. Maggie rejoined Mitac International Corp. in 2005 as a Senior Manager and later became the Sales Director at Tyan Computer Corp., a subsidiary of Mitac. In 2014, they became the Director of Sales/Program Management for the Enterprise Business Unit at Mitac International Corp. Throughout their career, Maggie has been responsible for account management, new business development, customer relationship management, program and project management, and supply chain management.
Maggie Lai holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from National Central University.
