Maleik Watkins

Maleik Watkins is a marketing specialist at MITC Software since June 2023, with previous experience as an area manager at Amazon, responsible for budget, people development, and operations objectives within fulfillment centers. Grounded in a political science and government degree from Norfolk State University, Maleik has served in various roles, including lead peer leader at the Dr. Patricia Lynch Stith Student Success Center and as a deputy campaign manager for Ramin Fatehi for Commonwealth’s Attorney. Additional roles include voter activation regional director for the Democratic Party of Virginia and health and safety captain for Biden for President. Maleik's experience encompasses both civic engagement and operational leadership, demonstrating a commitment to community service and team development.
