David Stevens

David Stevens is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical services and operations management. Currently serving as Technical Services Manager at Mitchells & Butlers PLC since April 2023, David previously held significant roles, including ICT Operations Manager at the Solicitors Regulation Authority from January 2015 to April 2023, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the ICT Operations team and managing 3rd line support activities. David also contributed as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, designing and implementing complex systems such as a Hyper-V platform and an Active Directory forest transition to a hybrid environment. Prior experience includes leadership positions at The Law Society, directing desktop services and overseeing a team of engineers, along with various roles focused on desktop and IT support beginning at KeyFleets. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Leeds College of Music.
