Alana Squire Chartered McIpd

Alana Squire Chartered MCIPD has over 14 years of experience in human resources. Alana is currently the People Operations Director Europe at Mitek Systems. Prior to this, they worked as a People Manager at Medical Research Network, supporting clinical trials in Europe and Japan. Alana also held positions as an HR Business Partner at Abbott and Owen Mumford Ltd. Alana has experience as an HR Advisor at GW Pharmaceuticals, where they provided support to managers and employees. Alana worked as a Regional HR Advisor at Perrys Motor Sales Ltd and as an HR Portfolio and Development Coordinator at DHL, where they led payroll projects and worked on HR process improvement. Alana started their HR career as an HR Advisor at Thames Valley Police and Northamptonshire Police Force. Overall, Alana Squire has gained extensive experience in various HR roles and has a strong background in supporting organizational growth and development.

Alana Squire Chartered MCIPD completed their BSc in Psychology (HONS) at the University of Portsmouth from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued their HR Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from DPG between 2015 and 2017. Alana also holds additional certifications as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2019 and as a Chartered Member MCIPD from CIPD in 2020. Moreover, they obtained First Aid certification from St John Ambulance in 2022.
