Erin Ryan

Erin Ryan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Erin is currently working at Mitel as the Senior Director of Corporate Communications, where they lead global internal communications and partner communications teams. Erin is responsible for managing executive communications with the senior leadership team, driving virtual employee events and experiences, and supporting change management for strategic initiatives and M&A activities. Before joining Mitel, Erin worked at Coreisma Consulting as an Employee Experience Designer from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Polycom, including Senior Manager of Corporate Communications, Senior Talent Development Specialist, and Human Resources Generalist & Program Manager, where they developed and managed various programs related to employee engagement, learning & development, and talent acquisition. Erin also has previous experience as an Account Coordinator at DentaQuest and a Coordinator at MIT Technology Licensing Office.

Erin Ryan holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Communications from Northwestern University. Erin also has a General Management Certificate from Texas McCombs School of Business. Erin completed their undergraduate studies at Northeastern University, earning a B.A. in International Affairs and Politics. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in "Fighting Gender Bias at Work" from LinkedIn and is "Dare to Lead Trained" from Dare to Lead™ Trained.
