Renaat Baes

Renaat Baes has over 25 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Renaat started their career at MSD in 1993 as a Production Supervisor, where they worked on various projects including injectables and sterile ointments. In 1999, they joined Takeda Pharmaceuticals as a Production Project Manager and later held roles as a Production Supervisor, Production Manager, and Plant Director. In 2015, Renaat became the Head of GMS Business Process Redesign at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. In 2019, they transitioned to Mareba as the Owner and then moved to Mithra as the Plant Manager later that same year.

Renaat Baes earned a degree in Pharmacy from Ghent University, studying for a total of 7 years from 1986 to 1993. Additionally, Renaat has obtained a Takeda Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Takeda.
