Kathryn Dolan

Kathryn Dolan is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leadership positions across several organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Mitie since March 2025, Kathryn previously held multiple roles, including Chief People Officer and Group Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Bureau Veritas Group from June 2017 to July 2024. Additional roles at Bureau Veritas included Vice President of Human Resources & CSR for Europe and Regional Director of HR for the UK, Nordics, and Benelux. Prior to this, significant tenure at Fujitsu included roles such as Divisional Director of HR and HR Director for EMEA. Kathryn began her career at Meritor as a Manufacturing Plant HR Manager and has held various strategic HR positions. Academically, Kathryn holds a Master of Science in Organisational and Business Psychology from the University of Liverpool and a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School.
