Trevor Yu

Trevor Yu has a wealth of professional experience, beginning in 2001 when they joined TD Canada Trust as a Customer Service Representative. Trevor then worked as a Financial Advisor / Investment Representative and a Financial Services Representative / Investment Representative for the same company. In 2006, they moved on to TD Asset Management, TD Wealth Management, where they served as a Research Associate. From 2009 to 2020, they worked at EY in a variety of roles, including Senior Manager - FSO, Manager - FSO, Manager - Performance Improvement, and Senior Associate / Staff Accountant - IT Risk & Assurance / FSI Assurance. Most recently, they have been the Director of Business Strategy & Operations and Head of Client Success at Mitiga since 2020.

Trevor Yu obtained a Diploma in Accounting from The University of British Columbia. Trevor then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and Business from York University. Trevor also holds certifications from the Canadian Securities Institute (CIM), Financial Planning Standards Council (CFP), and ISACA (CISA). Additionally, they have taken courses at York University.
