Colin Leary

Colin Leary is the Senior Real Estate Officer at MITIMCo. Colin has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in pre-construction activities, design, entitlement, and proforma for office buildings and residential developments.

Previously, Colin was the Senior Director at Ironstate Development Company, where they managed all pre-construction activities for a 100k SF office building in Manhattan’s NoHo neighborhood. Colin also oversaw the entitlement, development, and lease-up of a 40k SF landmarked office building in NYC’s Chelsea neighborhood.

Colin has a proven track record of successful real estate development projects, including a 220-unit condo development currently under construction in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood and a 95-unit residential development in NYC’s Chelsea neighborhood. Colin is also responsible for the entitlement, development and lease-up of a boutique hotel development on 12-acre parcel along Highway 1 in Sonoma County, CA.

Colin Leary attended Syracuse University where they received their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Afterwards, they attended New York University where they received their Master of Urban Planning with a focus on Real Estate & Economic Development and Land Use Policy.

Colin Leary reports to Chelsea Johnson, Associate Director, RE Legal Services, Attorney. They work with Rod Tilley - Real Estate Associate, Lynne Thompson - Senior Real Estate Officer, and Melanie DiGregorio - Senior Real Estate Officer.
