Role Overview: We’re seeking a self-motivated, successful Field & Product Marketing Manager eager to be a key leader in driving account-based marketing strategies and aligning closely with the sales team to generate demand and drive pipeline growth. You’ll lead Field Marketing, ABM initiatives, and Product Marketing activities targeting Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Workflow Automation (WFA) solutions globally. The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer with a blend of creativity for innovative campaigns and an analytical mindset to demonstrate ROI.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic ABM Development: Design and execute strategic ABM campaigns for targeted accounts to support global sales goals.
  • Account Segmentation & Personalization: Develop and manage account segmentation strategies, creating personalized marketing plans for high-value targets.
  • Cross-Channel Campaigns: Create and execute integrated multi-channel ABM campaigns, leveraging digital marketing, events, and content marketing.
  • Field Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute field marketing activities, including trade shows, webinars, and 3rd party activities, to generate leads and engage with prospects.
  • Sales Alignment: Partner closely with sales teams to identify target accounts, develop joint strategies, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Product Marketing Collaboration: Work with product marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches, messaging, and positioning.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with product marketing to craft compelling content tailored for target accounts, facilitating lead nurture and progression through the sales funnel.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Own ABM and field marketing metrics, providing detailed analysis and reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Customer Retention & Expansion: Develop and execute customer marketing programs focused on retention and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of demand generation, ABM, or field marketing experience, with 2+ years within the Legal operations space preferred.
  • Tools Proficiency: Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and ABM platforms (e.g., 6Sense, Demandbase, Terminus) is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, capable of working efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Final base salary offered may vary from the range listed and will be determined after carefully considering multiple factors during the hiring process, including location, relevant experience and education, required competencies and skill proficiency level, and review of internal equity. We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities -  Anticipated Pay Range: $75,000 – $85,000 Annually USD

Total compensation includes US employee benefits, and annual bonus eligibility.
