Mitratech is seeking a Product Manager to join our team that partners with Product Marketing, Engineering, Hosting, Support, Services, UX & Sales to establish market-driven product direction. In this leadership role, you will lead multiple product owners to drive execution for key revenue-producing products. You will be asked to draw upon Agile development knowledge and project management skills to increase the effectiveness of product development execution and drive scale and efficiency with internal partners. Working with our team requires a unique blend of business acumen and technical skills demonstrated through the ability to articulate well to developers and just as easily to executives. You will partner with the product owner(s) to understand, communicate and implement the product priorities across a set of products with your team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Develop & execute an integrated product strategy across multiple market segments and geography

· Define milestones (with details) to achieve a roadmap

· Partner with peer product managers to execute a roadmap

· Drive conversations with multiple stakeholders to logical agreement around product direction, messaging, positioning and go to market strategies

· Develop strategies for clients where there is a mix of deployment approaches (on-premise, hosted, SaaS)

· Present / demo to customers, prospects, peers and leadership

· Collaborate closely with US Product Management team members to ensure alignment on product strategy

· Interact with a global customer base for project discovery, client working groups, validation of customer adoption and success

· Develop product/project metrics and a means to measure success from a financial & end use

Required Candidate profile.

You bring to the organization the following competencies:

· At least 3 - 5 years of product management experience (B2B preferred)

· Familiar with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Aha! (not mandatory)

· Methodologies for prioritization

· Track record of successfully developing & launching (or evolving) products

· Understands the economics of product(s)

· Strong project management skills; document, socialize & archive product artifacts

· Familiar with platform product strategy, packaging & development execution (not mandatory)

· Exposure to integrating acquired product lines into a business and developing strategies for them to align (not mandatory)

· Ability to communicate across functional teams with different “languages”

· Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on user-centered discovery and production definition experience

· Knowledge of regulatory compliance/workflows in various aspects of GRC, such as health and safety or audit or incident management (not mandatory)

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
