Julie Gravallese

Julie Gravallese currently serves as the Vice President of Workplace Strategy and Innovation at MITRE, where Julie is recognized as the first individual to hold this position, focusing on enhancing representation of women in management and technical leadership roles. Prior to their current role, Julie held several vice president positions within MITRE, including Vice President of Integration and Operations for MITRE Labs, Vice President of Programs and Technology Integration, and Chief Human Resources Officer, a position in which Julie established strategic HR initiatives that bolstered the recruitment and advancement of women in technical roles. With a technical foundation as Technical Director for Geospatial Intelligence and ISR Programs and a strong educational background comprising a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Virginia, Julie Gravallese has made significant contributions to MITRE since joining the organization in 1998.
