Hesam Shahrivar, Ph.D., currently serves as the Vice President of Development and Planning at Mitrex: Integrated Solar Technology since January 2019. Prior to this role, Shahrivar held various positions at Scotiabank from January 2015 to January 2019, including Senior Manager of Canadian Small Business Provisions and Manager of International Provision/GRM. Shahrivar's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from Eastern Mediterranean University (2008-2013), a Master of Science in Banking and Finance from the same institution (2006-2008), and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Economic Sciences (2000-2005).
