Jaime Gilberds is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, business development, and executive support. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Mitrex Solar since February 2023, Jaime is involved in special projects and recruitment for this innovative company specializing in building-integrated photovoltaics. Prior to this role, Jaime was a Project Manager at Route44 Productions Inc., contributing to the growth of a startup into a national leader in custom building solutions and working with notable brands such as Grey Goose and Coca-Cola. Additionally, Jaime held the roles of Account Executive and Program Director/Head Coach at Twisters Cheer Athletics, where significant achievements in athlete development were demonstrated. Jaime holds a Bachelor's degree in Global and International Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, earned between 2014 and 2019.
