Yoshihiro Iwasaki

Yoshihiro Iwasaki is a seasoned executive with extensive experience at Mitsubishi Corporation, serving as General Manager of the Power Transmission Business Department since April 1995. Iwasaki oversees the Offshore Power Transmission Business in Europe and Japan, notably leading the development of a groundbreaking 900km subsea offshore 2GW HVDC power transmission project in the Sea of Japan. Iwasaki has held several prominent positions, including President and CEO of Mitsubishi Corporation Energy Solutions Ltd. and Mitsubishi Corporation Power Ltd., focusing on power and renewable business development. Additional roles include Managing Director at TenneT Offshore and a task force leader for energy transmission initiatives.
