Siddharth Nayak is a graduate research assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on learning-based control for multiagent systems, with expertise in scaling, long-horizon planning, and interpretability. Currently a research scientist intern at Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories, Siddharth has previous experience as an undergraduate researcher at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where a bachelor's thesis centered on reinforcement learning for object detection was completed. Additional internships include work at TCS Research & Innovation, where methods to enhance 3D bin-packing using reinforcement learning were developed, and Daimler AG, where camera parameter dependencies on object detection neural networks were studied. Siddharth holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an MS in AeroAstro (Autonomy) as well as current enrollment in a PhD program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
