Justin Voellmann

Director of Customer Success at MIVA

Justin Voellmann started their career in 2012 as a Business Development Intern at BID2WIN Software. Justin then went on to work as a Marketing Intern at Key Auto Group. In 2013, they had two roles, including a Media Planning/Paid Search Intern at Saltwater Integrated Creative Agency and an Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator (Contract) at Puma. From 2014 to 2017, Justin worked at Staples in various roles, such as Project Specialist and Product Specialist, where they were recognized for their successful planning and execution of a holiday event. In 2017, they joined HubSpot as a Customer Success Manager, and later became a Customer Success Manager II, achieving high customer dollar retention rates. Justin then worked at Mirakl as a Senior Consultant, Client Success from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Wayfair as a Manager, Account Management. In 2021, Justin became the Director of Customer Success at Miva, Inc., and in 2022, they joined Catalyst Software as a Customer Success Coach.

Justin Voellmann attended UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a B.S. in Business Administration. In 2011, they also attended Corvinus University of Budapest for a brief period of time, studying Business Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2015, Justin received a certification as a Staples Certified Agile Associate from Staples.
