Benjamin De Castro has held various marketing roles since 1996. Benjamin began their career as Manager of the Internet Services Group at Yellow Pages / Pages Jaunes – Canada in 1996. Benjamin then moved to ZAQ/Targetnet as Senior Manager in 1999. In 2003, they were appointed Head Of Marketing at ING DIRECT. Benjamin then held the role of Director Of Marketing And Advertising at Bell Mobility in 2010. In the same year, they were appointed Director of Marketing at Torstar Digital / WagJag. In 2011, they became VP of Global Marketing at Rakuten Kobo Inc. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Director of Brand Marketing at Finastra. In 2015, they were appointed VP of Marketing at Eargo. Most recently, they were appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Mixbook in 2022.
Benjamin De Castro has a Hon. BSc in Biology & Chemistry from the University of Toronto and an MBA in Marketing from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
