Maria Vashchuk

Maria Vashchuk is a surface pattern designer and licensed artist who has been working under the name The Tiny Garden Design Studio since 2016. In 2018, they became a Licensed Textile Designer for Fabri-Quilt, Inc. In 2019, they became a Licensed Artist for Dedoles, s.r.o., Monsterthreads, Galison & Mudpuppy and Greetabl. Additionally, they became a Licensing Artist for Galison & Mudpuppy and a Licensed Artist for Mixbook, where they created kids' birthday invitations and baby announcement cards. In 2020, they became a Teacher on the Skillshare platform and Licensed Artist for Quilting Treasures and entryways - door and floor mats created by artists.

Maria Vashchuk attended the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2003 to 2012, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology. From 2013 to 2017, they attended the Wackers Art Academy in Amsterdam, where they studied Painting and Drawing. In 2017, they completed a course in Surface Pattern Design at The Art and Business of Surface Pattern Design.
