Ben Murphy

Ben Murphy has extensive work experience in various roles. Ben is currently working as an Investment Director at Kiko Ventures since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Investment Director, Cleantech at IP Group plc starting from October 2014. In addition, they held various Non Executive Director positions at companies such as C-Capture Ltd., Leeds, Mixergy Ltd, and NGENICS GLOBAL LIMITED. Before that, they worked as a Strategy Manager at The Carbon Trust from June 2010 to October 2014, where they played a key role in delivering the UK government's low carbon technology innovation analysis. Ben also worked as a Researcher at the European Commission and as a Founding Employee at Redfield Consultants. Ben began their career as an Intern at Google.

Ben Murphy started their education at Durham University from 2004 to 2007, where they studied Physics & Mathematics. Ben then pursued an MSc in Environmental Technology at Imperial College London from 2007 to 2008. In 2010, they attended a short course in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics at the University of Copenhagen. In 2015, Ben took a short course on "Financing the Entrepreneurial Business" at the London Business School. Finally, in 2016, they completed a short course in Negotiation at the same institution.
