David Anaya

David Anaya has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. David is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Mixmax since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Engineering at Koa Health from November 2020 to February 2022, where they managed a team of +35 engineers and 7 to 9 direct reports.

Before Koa Health, David held the position of VP of Engineering at Alpha from November 2019 to November 2020. In this role, they managed around 20 engineers and played a pivotal role in securing the company's first round of investment. Prior to their VP role, they worked as a Tech Lead at Alpha from April 2018 to November 2019, leading a small team of developers and successfully launching two products.

David also gained valuable experience at ClearPeaks, where they worked as a Tech Lead from March 2017 to October 2017. In this role, they built a web development team and collaborated with distributed teams on BI projects in the Middle East.

Their career began at Atos, where they held multiple roles including Technical Team Lead from December 2015 to January 2017, and Developer from September 2011 to December 2015. David contributed to the development of the private site for the Winter Olympic Games in 2018, and during their time at Atos, they worked with remote development teams in India.
