Pom Davey

Pom Davey currently serves as Executive Director and Head of Talent & Inclusion for EMEA at Mizuho, a position held since October 2022. Responsibilities include talent development, acquisition, diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing within the EMEA region. Significant achievements include creating the Global Mizuho IWD 2024 video, serving as Culture Transformation Ambassador, launching a new performance evaluation process, and developing a Skills and Competency framework. Previously, Pom held various leadership roles at KPMG, enhancing learning and development initiatives across the Nordic & Baltic regions and overseeing talent development in Denmark and the UK. Pom's career began in HR roles at companies such as Moët Hennessy and Telewest Communications, complemented by academic qualifications in Business Management and Coaching & Development.
