Kristen Krapf

Kristen Krapf has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kristen is currently the Director of Benefits Communication + Engagement at MJ Insurance, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Communications at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants from January 2019 to September 2022. Before that, they held the same role at Integro Insurance Brokers from January 2017 to January 2019. Kristen also has experience as the President of Krapf Communications from March 2016 to January 2017 and as a Manager of Benefits Communication at Mesirow Financial from January 2015 to March 2016. Kristen's earlier work experience includes serving as the Director of Communications at BIG Inc from March 2004 to December 2014 and working as a Freelance Writer for Mountain Living and Log & Timber Style magazines from 2003 to 2005.

Kristen Krapf attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Magazine Journalism.
