Uffe Hansen

Uffe Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Uffe currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of M&J Recycling, a global company specializing in recycling solutions for industrial solid waste shredding. Prior to this, Uffe was the President of the Recycling Business Area at Metso Outotec, where they were responsible for driving sustainable technologies and solutions for the minerals processing, aggregates, metals refining, and recycling industries. Uffe has also held various roles at Metso, including President of the Recycling Business Area and Senior Vice President/Director of the Waste Recycling and Recycling Business Line. Before joining Metso, they worked as the Chief Commercial Officer at Triax Group, leading the market leader in innovative broadcast signal solutions. Uffe has also held positions at Stibo Graphic, Hancotronic A/S, Stibo, Aarhuus Stiftsbogtrykkerie, and Hancotronic A/S, where they gained experience in business development, sales, marketing, and management.

Uffe Hansen has a Master's degree in Marketing from Aarhus University, which they completed from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 1989 to 1992. Uffe also attended Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen in 1991, where they studied Marketing & Finance. In 2012, they completed a Navigator program in Business Administration and Management from IMD. Uffe also completed a RenewGrowth program from McKinsey & Company in 2016. Uffe's educational background also includes studying at Haderslev Handelsskole.
