Steve Haight

Steve Haight has a vast and diverse work experience. Steve currently serves as the President of MJC, Inc. since January 2022. Previously, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at MJC, Inc. from April 2019 to December 2021.

Before working at MJC, Inc., Steve held various leadership roles at SHECO - Southern Heat Exchanger. Steve was the President of Southern Heat Exchanger Corporation (SHECO) from September 2010 to July 2018. Steve also served as the President of Southern Heat Exchanger Services, a division of SHECO, from December 2008 to September 2010. Additionally, they were the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SHECO from November 2000 to December 2008.

Prior to SHECO, Steve worked at Federal Signal Corporation. Steve was the Vice President and General Manager at Guzzler Manufacturing, a division of Federal Signal, from January 1999 to October 2000. Prior to that, they held the position of North American Sales Director at the Environmental Products Group (EPG) of Federal Signal from January 1998 to January 1999. Steve also served as the North American Sales Manager at Guzzler Manufacturing from January 1996 to January 1998.

Steve's earliest work experience was at Bell Helicopter Textron, where they worked as a Cost Analysis Engineer from June 1987 to October 1988.

Steve Haight obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University between 1985-1987. Steve then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Marketing at DePaul University from 1989-1991.
