Patty Taddei-Allen

Patty Taddei-Allen, PharmD, MBA, BCACP, BCGP, has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Patty currently serves as the Director of Scientific Services at MJH Life Sciences, starting in 2023. Prior to this, Patty worked at the University of Florida, where they held multiple roles including Clinical Assistant Professor, Career Coach, and Regional Coordinator from 2011 to 2018. Patty also served as a Pharmacy Faculty at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine starting in 2020.

In terms of their industry experience, Patty worked at WellDyneRx from 2013 to 2022, holding positions such as VP of Clinical Programs and Services, Sr. Director of Clinical Analytics, Director of Outcomes Research, Manager of Clinical Operations, and Clinical Pharmacist. Patty also worked at Aspen RxHealth as an MTM Clinical Pharmacist from 2019 to 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked at CVS Health in various roles including Staff/Regional Support Pharmacist, Pharmacy Department Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Pharmacy Intern from 2004 to 2014.

Patty Taddei-Allen, PharmD, MBA, BCACP, BCGP obtained their PharmD degree in Pharmacy from the University of Florida from 2003 to 2007. Patty further pursued their education at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Interdisciplinary Natural Science at the University of South Florida from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degrees, Patty also holds various certifications, including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education (obtained in 2021), a Comparative Effectiveness Research Certificate from the Comparative Effectiveness Research Collaborative (obtained in 2018), and an APhA MTM Certification from APhA Immunization Certification.
