Dyann Kodik

Dyann Kodik currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Manager for M&K Truck Centers, overseeing HR initiatives across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. With a robust background in human resources, Dyann spent nearly a decade at Cintas, initially as a Human Resource Manager and later as a Senior Human Resources Manager, providing strategic HR leadership across multiple states. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at UPMC, ascending from HR Generalist to Senior HR Consultant, where advanced coaching and policy implementation were key responsibilities.
