Becca Bugielski

Becca Bugielski is an experienced civil engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University. Since November 2019, Becca has held various leadership roles at MKN, including Director of Strategic Initiatives, Southern California Operations Manager, Operations Manager/Senior Engineer, and Senior Engineer/Branch Manager. Prior to MKN, Becca worked as a Project Engineer at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants and Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., where responsibilities included municipal project management, preliminary planning, design, bidding, and construction management. Becca's early experience also includes a Transportation Co-op position at Kapur & Associates, contributing to significant transportation projects and acquiring proficiency in engineering software such as Civil 3D, Microstation, and InRoads.
