Dallas Donovan

Dallas Donovan's work experience begins in 2008 as an IT Service Operations Analyst at Arrow Electronics, where they handled change management and helped coordinate projects. In 2011, Donovan joined Arrow Systems Integration as a Solutions Architect, leading teams in developing IT solutions and collaborating with senior personnel in selecting service providers. They also served as a Unified Communications IT Systems Engineer Technical Lead, managing IT infrastructure standards and providing technical solutions for customer deployment issues. Since 2019, Donovan has been working at MKS2 Technologies as a Senior Systems Administrator/Engineer -- Team Lead, where they analyze IT specifications, monitor network activity for vulnerabilities, and conduct trainings among other responsibilities.
