Brendan Hickey

Brendan Hickey is the VP of Commercial Sales at mLogica. Prior to joining mLogica, Brendan was with Oracle for over 4 years as an Application Sales Representative - ERP. In this role, Brendan was responsible for On Premise Application Sales in Oracle's SMB/Mid-Market ($200M- $1B). Brendan specialized in JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Oracle E Business Suite, Hyperion, Agile and Fusion. Brendan was successful in driving the complete sales cycle; development of go-to-market strategy, cold calling to build new relationships, identifying business challenges, identifying a solution, motivating internal & external stakeholders, presenting business case, negotiating contract and pricing, post-sales support, and on-going relationship management. Brendan managed non-routine, very complex opportunities and achieved $4MM quota in 121% in FY 2017.

Prior to Oracle, Brendan was the Co-Founder of HireAction.com from December 2010 to April 2013. Brendan was also the VP- Business Development at Pinnacle Financial Group from September 2008 to November 2010 and Sales and Recruiting at erecruit enterprise staffing software from January 2007 to May 2008. Brendan began their career as Field Sales at Granite Telecommunications from October 2002 to August 2006.

Brendan Hickey has a BS from Boston College in a double major of finance and communications. Brendan also went to BC High.
