Jeffrey McBride has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries and roles. Jeffrey started their career in the United States Air Force as a Senior Airman and served from 1989 to 1993. Jeffrey then worked as an Executive at e21 from 2000 to 2001 and as a Program Manager at Somerset Auctions from 2001 to 2002. McBride was an Account Executive at Porter Novelli from 2002 to 2003, where they established a review program and managed hardware distribution. Jeffrey then worked as a Customer Care Representative at NetScreen Technologies from 2003 to 2004, providing support to global customers. At Juniper Networks, they served as a Senior Customer Care Rep. from 2004 to 2006, managing licensing and contract creation. McBride joined Good Powered by BlackBerry in 2006 and held dual roles as a Customer Account Manager from 2006 to 2010 and as a Customer Care Manager from 2010 to 2015.
