Taylor Gray

Taylor Gray has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career as a Sales Associate at Michael Smiley Fine Jewellery in 2011 and later worked as a Sales Associate at Northern Reflections from 2012 to 2017. In 2014, they served as a Tourism Research and Interactive Media Associate at Ontario's Lake Country Marketing Board, and in 2015 they worked as an Event Coordinator at Alpine Ontario Alpin. From 2012 to 2013, they held the position of VP Administration at Brescia University College Residence Council.

Since 2018, Taylor has been with MMB Networks, where they have held multiple roles. They started as an Admin Coordinator in 2018 and then became an Office Manager in January 2019. As an Office Manager, they successfully organized an office move and facilitated the transition to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic. They also handled various administrative tasks and served as the sole HR department, overseeing employee benefits, compliance, terminations, and payroll.

Taylor Gray attended Brescia University College from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Social Sciences. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Diploma in Business Marketing at Georgian College. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, Taylor completed an Honours Bachelor of Administration and a Diploma in Business Administration with an area of emphasis in Marketing at the University of Guelph-Humber.
