Bryan J. Boucha has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Bryan J. began their career at ADT Security Services, where they served as a Customer Service Manager and Training Manager, overseeing a team of customer service operators in a high-volume call center. In 2004, they joined Dex One Corp. as a Directory Advertising Consultant, specializing in telephone sales and new business development. Bryan J. later took on the role of Field Sales Training Manager at DEX an R.H. Donnelley Company, providing coaching and sales instruction to new hire telephone and outside sales consultants. Boucha then transitioned to a District Sales Manager role at Dex One Corp., where they developed market strategies and managed a team of marketing consultants. In 2012, they became a Senior Sales Training Manager at DexYP, leading a comprehensive training program for new hires. Bryan J. continued their career at Bay Area News Group as the Director of Sales, focusing on building talented sales teams and driving sales success. Bryan J. then joined excelerate Digital as the Director of Digital, where they played a key role in building a powerful sales organization and driving digital revenue. Most recently, Boucha worked at Hearst, first as the Director of Sales for the Houston Chronicle Media Group and later as the Director of Sales for Hearst Local Commerce, leading business development efforts for custom content and affiliate initiatives. Currently, they serve as the Director of GTM New Business Development at Modern Marketing & Commerce, where they are responsible for driving new business growth.

Bryan J. Boucha obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Colorado Denver from 2000 to 2003. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado State University from 2009 to 2012. In December 2018, they attained a certification in Solution Selling from LinkedIn.
