Aaron Hauge

Aaron Hauge has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as an IT Director at Artspace Projects. In 2012, they became the Managing Owner at Citadel Group, which is the parent company for Client Integration Services Leasing (C.I.S.). At C.I.S., Aaron served as a Managing Partner, leading a team of leasing consultants in multi-family residential leasing across 8 states. Currently, Aaron is a Partner at TGR Development, where they are part of a successful team focused on turning around distressed assets and developing properties in multiple states.

Aaron Hauge completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of St. Thomas from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they briefly studied International Business at the University of Virginia in 2010. Aaron also pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Bethel University from 2008 to 2009. Their high school education was obtained at Minnehaha Academy from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in December 2020, Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Minnesota Department of Commerce in May 2017, and Scrum Master Certificate of Proficiency from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in January 2021.
