Melissa Gay

Melissa Gay is a seasoned business development manager with extensive experience in marketing and human resources. Currently, Melissa holds the position at MMC Contractors since June 2022. Prior to this role, Melissa contributed to Concrete Pump Partners LLC from November 2014 to May 2022, where responsibilities included company branding, customer relations, website development, CRM management, and various HR functions. Melissa's career began at Metro Ready Mix Concrete, LLC, where from May 2004 to July 2014, responsibilities as HR & Marketing Coordinator encompassed comprehensive HR duties for 135 employees as well as marketing initiatives. Melissa earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Worcester State University between 2000 and 2004.
