Jakub Głuszkiewicz (he/him)

Jakub Głuszkiewicz has over 20 years of work experience in the software industry. Jakub is currently working as a Staff Software Engineer at mmhmm, an all-in-one platform for video creation and communication. In this role, Jakub contributes to the mission of making video a seamless and accessible tool for workplace communication.

Prior to mmhmm, Jakub served as the CTO at Nanovo from 2015 to 2023. Jakub collaborated with board members on budgeting and sales strategy, provided legal expertise on intellectual property matters, and developed short- and long-term technical plans for the company's products.

Before their role as CTO, Jakub worked as a Senior Software Developer at Nanovo from 2013 to 2015. Jakub specialized in developing multimedia frameworks and mobile/desktop applications using various technologies such as C/C++, DirectX, OpenGL, Java, .NET, and Xamarin.

From 2008 to 2013, Jakub held the position of IT Director at WorldWideSchool, where they oversaw technological aspects of the organization. Jakub also worked as a Software Developer at CitySoftware from 2001 to 2008.

Throughout their career, Jakub has gained expertise in software development, technical documentation, and strategic planning. Jakub has a strong background in multimedia frameworks and mobile/desktop application development.

Jakub Głuszkiewicz (he/him) began their education in 1994 at the University of Warsaw, where they studied Marketing Management. Jakub completed this program in 1997. Following this, from 1997 to 2001, Jakub attended the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. During their time at the academy, they pursued an Engineer's degree in Information Technologies and Programming.
