Shibu Basuthakur

Shibu Basuthakur has over 17 years of experience in product management and engineering. In 2004, they began their career as a Senior Project Director at Content Connections, where they collaborated with higher education textbook publishers to market their products. In 2007, they moved to (n)TORUS as a Lead Product Manager, where they were responsible for the planning, development, and launch of applications spanning various industries. In 2010, they joined Performance Software Corporation as a Systems and Applications Engineer, performing tasks such as system modeling and test automation. In 2013, they moved to Experticity as a Product Manager, Community, where they partnered in discovery with engineers and UX and other stakeholders to understand desirability, usability, and feasibility with customers. In 2016, they joined Pluralsight as a Product Management Principal and Product Manager, Mobile/Native App Development. In 2020, they were promoted to Head Of Mobile, leading a group of product managers, designers, and developers to provide apps that help learners all over the world. Shibu is currently employed at mmhmm as a Principal Product Manager.

Shibu Basuthakur attended Arizona State University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business and Creative Writing.
