Susan Farrell

Susan Farrell has worked in a number of roles in the UX field since 1992. Susan began their career as a Research Faculty at the Georgia Tech Research Institute, followed by a role as an Electronic Domain Engineer at Silicon Graphics (SGI). In 1998, they worked as an Interaction Design Engineer at Sun Microsystems, and in 1999 they moved to the Nielsen Norman Group as a Senior User Experience Specialist. Susan then joined All Turtles in 2017 as a Principal UX Researcher, and in 2022 they moved to mmhmm in the same role.

Susan Farrell attended Georgia State University from 1983 to 1991, where they earned a BA in English Literature and Creative Writing with a minor in Studio Arts. Susan then attended Georgia Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a MS in Information Design and Technology (HCI).
