Earlier in their career, Olivier served as an Export Manager for Europe & Americas at PAYOT from 2001 to 2005, where they led geographical expansion and growth through Puig subsidiaries or distributors.
Olivier also had experience as a Brand Manager for Paco Rabanne at Puig from 1998 to 2000, where they were responsible for the marketing strategy, launch, and media planning.
Olivier began their career at L'Oréal as a VSNE Sales and Marketing executive from 1995 to 1996.
Olivier Marret completed their Master Degree with a major in Marketing at emlyon business school from 1993 to 1995. Olivier then pursued further education by obtaining a Masters Degree in Politics and History from Sciences Po, which took place from 1989 to 1992. In 2013, they attended Harvard University to complete a program called Puig Essentials of Global Leadership, where the specific field of study is not mentioned.
