Michelle van Eersel

Michelle van Eersel is currently serving as the Sensory Panel Leader at MMR Research for Danone Nutricia since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Test Assistant at ESSENSOR and FrieslandCampina, along with an internship in Sensory & Consumer analysis. Michelle has also contributed to media and public relations efforts for Nacht van de Fooi and worked as a Student Assistant in Statistics at Wageningen University & Research. Leadership experience is highlighted through the position of Chair of the Municipal Board in Wageningen at Stichting BalanceBuddy. Michelle's educational background includes a Master’s in Food Quality Management - User Oriented and a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Health from Wageningen University & Research, supplemented by a VWO diploma from Philips van Horne.
