Daria Fellrath Hrod

Daria Fellrath MS HROD, SHRM-CP has a strong background in human resources and management. Daria is currently a Senior Director of Human Resources at MMS, where they began as a Manager I in HR and Employee Relations. Prior to MMS, Daria worked as a Manager of Human Resources at Fujikura Automotive America, LLC. and as a Human Resources Manager at JTEKT North America Corporation. Daria also gained experience at Systems in Motion as a Senior HR Generalist, HR Generalist, and HR Assistant. Daria has been involved in the Detroit SHRM (HRAGD) organization as a Programs Committee Member. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at GCI Global Healthcare Solutions LLC, designing and developing employee communication strategies. Daria started their career as a Management Trainee at Chrysler and later worked as a Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate at JCPenney.

Daria Fellrath has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Daria also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Trade from the same university, earned from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies and Linguistics from Irkutsk State Linguistic University from 2000 to 2003. In terms of certifications, Daria obtained a SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) from SHRM in 2017 and is currently working towards a SHRM People Analytics Specialty certification from the same institution.
