Gonzalo Cruz Martinez is an experienced professional in Agile methodologies and software development, currently serving as a Servant Leader at Mnemo since February 2024. Previously, Gonzalo held the position of Scrum Master at STRATESYS from September 2022 to February 2024, where efforts focused on promoting the Scrum framework and applying the flight levels model across multiple teams. At Amaris Consulting, from May 2015 to September 2022, Gonzalo contributed to the company’s digital and cultural transformation while leading teams and implementing the Spotify model. Earlier experience includes roles as a Full-stack Developer and Frontend Web Developer, complemented by foundational software development skills at Get-App Spain S.L. Gonzalo holds a Master’s degree in Web Engineering from Universidad de Oviedo and a Technical Engineering degree in Computer Management from Universidad de La Rioja.
