Philip Blaser

Philip Blaser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and project management sectors. As a Co-Founder of Flavum since June 2023, Blaser has been instrumental in developing innovative solutions. Previously, Blaser has served in various leadership roles at SBB CFF FFS since September 2007, including Servant Leader, Product Owner in the "Gemeinsam digital" transformation program, and as a unit and team leader. Early career experience includes positions as a software developer and project manager at Norsonic Brechbühl AG and as a service technician at Cablecom AG, along with foundational experience as an apprentice radio and television electrician. In addition to professional roles, Blaser is pursuing a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Coaching at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, complementing previous education in leadership and business engineering from various prestigious institutions.
