Shawn Ordoubadi

Shawn Ordoubadi is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in civil and construction engineering. Currently serving as a Resident Engineer at MNS Engineers, Inc. since March 2023, Shawn manages projects involving the grinding and placement of RHMA, excavation, and installation of drainage systems. Previously, Shawn was a Resident Engineer at AECOM, overseeing extensive utility improvements and relocations, and held similar roles at TRC Companies, Inc. and WSP USA, focusing on major infrastructure projects including the East Bay Bus Rapid Transit Project. With a long tenure at Caltrans as a Resident Engineer and Transportation Engineer, Shawn has extensive experience in managing complex highway construction projects and providing technical support. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering & Petroleum from Amirkabir University of Technology.
