Mark Warner

Mark Warner serves as the Director of Property Services at Moat Homes Limited since May 2021. Prior to this role, Mark was the Head of Asset Management at Paradigm Housing Group from March 2017 to May 2021, and previously held the same title at Housing Solutions Group from April 2010 to March 2017, where responsibilities included the management of a portfolio of approximately 5,000 homes and overseeing asset investment strategies. Mark's earlier experience at Housing Solutions Group also includes roles as Service Area Manager for Electrical, Cyclical, and Soft FM contracts, Electrical Trades Manager, and Electrical Supervisor, focusing on contract delivery and NICEIC accreditation. Mark completed education at Bracknell & Wokingham College.
