Andy Plant

Andy Plant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property services and management. Currently serving as the Director of Property Services for Community Housing since March 2022, Andy has held several leadership roles across multiple organizations, including Step Change Limited as Director since May 2018, and Northwards Housing from February 2019 to June 2021 as Director of Property Services. Additional experience includes interim positions at First Choice Homes Oldham and Southway Housing Trust, as well as a significant tenure at The Guinness Partnership, where Andy was Director of Operations. Educationally, Andy holds a Higher National Certificate in Building Studies from Lancaster University and various qualifications from Manchester College of Building.
