Troy Siegrist has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Troy started their career as a Senior Team Leader - Cost Analyst at General Motors - Aramark Joint Venture in 1989. From 1993 to 1994, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Household International, specifically at Alexander Hamilton Life Insurance Company. In 1994, they joined ABB as a Controller, where they managed financial controls and reporting for 5 Customer Service Business Units in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. Troy stayed with ABB until 2008 and then moved to Schenck RoTec as CFO/Operations Manager. At Schenck RoTec, they directed all aspects of finances, IT, and supply management functions for the North American Business Unit. Since 2009, they have been working as the Director of Finance at Moba Group, where they head corporate financial operations and treasury activities in North America for the global leader in design, engineering, and manufacturing of capital equipment for food producers worldwide. In addition to finance, they also manage teams in IT, HR, and coordinates international commercial negotiations.
Troy Siegrist completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance and Accounting from Central Michigan University between 1984 and 1988. Troy then pursued a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College, specializing in Finance, from 1994 to 1996. Subsequently, they attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, where they engaged in a Leadership Development program from 1998 to 2001. In 2002, Troy briefly studied at IMD for International Controlling Development.
